peeking above
cold winter snow
I don't know
the translations

Woodpecker
a red headed woodpecker
pecks on limbs of an ancient oak
suckling fresh worms
and in this grand moment
of clicking and clawing
he pecks at me quietly
pulling out the flesh of my own frustration
ruminating words on a summer afternoon
pecks on limbs of an ancient oak
suckling fresh worms
and in this grand moment
of clicking and clawing
he pecks at me quietly
pulling out the flesh of my own frustration
ruminating words on a summer afternoon

Masquerade
tinting and teasing
fireflies arouse the sky
fools sit in masquerade
in the tint of their own texture
they recreate the scene
laughing at this obscenity of light

Celestial Matter
singing through the windows
of a decayed youth
divinity revealed itself
playing the strings
of a celestial matter
in measures of orchestral dust
of a decayed youth
divinity revealed itself
playing the strings
of a celestial matter
in measures of orchestral dust

Substratum
I wrap the pavement
and push upon petals
strangling roots
suffocatting
the substratum
of my own self
and push upon petals
strangling roots
suffocatting
the substratum
of my own self
