And To All The Beasts Of The Earth (Gen 1:30)

we were all in there
the lion and the lamb too
scattered among a floral blanketed surface
the earth surrendered to the morning sun
horses drank from a reservoir of a still green tint
flamingos sauntered, pink necks held high
they were proud, not afraid
the cheetah hid in a purple foreground
for once he ignored the graceful white swan
all were in unison
all were in peace
yellow butterflies paced their paths
under beautiful birds sweeping
with the weeping willows in the wind
clouds burst like billowy cotton in the atmosphere
all the while sewing seeds
we were all in there
symbolic and resting
an illusion
painted in an abstract expression
by a god himself
